Great for getting started!
This made a great gift for my friend who was nervous to start therapy. And for myself, whose been in therapy, this is a great option for me as someone who might not have a lot of time on my hands! The Depression and Anxiety toolkit was a great purchase, and the quality of the books is amazing!

Anxiety & Depression
Both therapy journals work well together to address my mental health concerns. They are also great anchors when working with my therapist. I'm so glad I made the investment.

Very useful
I really like the structure and layout of the book. I bought the Anti anxiety book and the Depression Guidebook, these books have been helpful to manage and track my emotions and I like that it also comes with tools and therapist notes.
