Does this sound like you or someone you know?

You have, or often joke about, an unresolved childhood trauma

It’s become common to child to childhood trauma as“character development.” But what’s masked behind the humor is the inner child that still hasn’t been fully acknowledged and cared for. While this trauma may not rear its head on a daily basis, this may mean it is a perfect time to do the inner-work you’ve been procrastinating.

You’ve noticed some changes in your fundamental personality after a life-altering event

Try thinking of the“traumas” in your life, without the capital “T”. Divorce, death of a loved one, or the effects of COVID-19 may feel like somewhat“ordinary” events, but they still shape who we are. It may be worth exploring the unaddressed effects of these difficult events.

Putting you at the center of self-care

One of the effects of a traumatic event is that it can cause paralysis or avoidance  - which, in a counterintuitive way, puts the trauma at the center of your life.  With our guided notebooks, you can trust that the exercises are expert-approved, based in the most recent findings in mental health, and helpful to thousands of others in similar situations. That way, you can put the focus back on on you.

From a therapist

  • “As a clinician with over 30 years behind me, I would have loved to have these books available for my clients across the years.”

    Alicia W. Ed.D., Licensed Psychologist

  • “As a psychologist, I would likely be super critical of almost any product. However, the authors have done a fantastic job. Their writings, guidance, prompts, and layouts are all excellent.”

    James B., Licensed Psychologist

The Anti-Anxiety Notebook

Remind your brain who’s really in charge with the Thought Log. It’s designed to help you see the“big picture” of what’s going on in your mind, so over time, you’ll become more resilient to the situations that cause an emotional reaction.

"Short, guided, gentle, insighful. Love mine and will order more. I recommend doing these to people who are going through a trauma recovery process."

Saille S., Verified Customer

"Like most millennials I loved buying journals as if they were going to fix everything. But in reality I’d do a few graditude prompts or some or another and then not write in it again for several days/weeks. These journals are TOTALLY different. Worth the extra money because you get your moneys worth from these journals!"

Stephanie W., Verified Customer

"Suddenly It All Made Sense! I wish that previous therapists had let me know about these. I feel like I'm making so much more progress with the notebooks than with therapy alone."
