Hod Tamir, PhD
Hod Tamir is a developmental psychologist and licensed mental health counselor. His practice, The WĪSR Place, focuses on wellbeing, identity, sexuality, and relationships. After completing his PhD in Psychology at Florida International University, Hod worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University and the National Institutes of Health. He is now focused on clinical practice, teaching, and developing tools to make mental health treatment more accessible.

Rachel E. Brenner, PhD
Rachel E. Brenner received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a Graduate Certificate in Quantitative Psychology from Iowa State University in 2018, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Colorado State University. Her research primarily examines how people respond to distress and how these responses impact mental and physical health.

Diana Hu, PsyD
Diana Hu is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Seattle, WA. She utilizes evidence-based methods to treat anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and generational acculturation issues. She also enjoys baking, cuddling with her two cats, and trying to keep her houseplants alive.

Emory Strickland is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington State. He specializes in providing evidence-based treatment for an assortment of anxiety disorders and has extensive experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is passionate about helping others overcome their life challenges and sharing the many research-backed tools and techniques that help people overcome anxiety.
Jessica Yu, PhD
Jessica Yu is a licensed clinical psychologist whose roles as a strategy lead at a worldwide virtual care company, private practice clinician, and advisor to various mental health organizations are centered on increasing access to evidence-based care. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and incorporates the principles and techniques from these modalities into her treatment of those with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
Brandon Tong, PsyD
Brandon Tong, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive therapy and behavioral treatments for anxiety, depression, stress, and adjusting to transitions. Tailoring treatment to their needs, he helps others find balance in their lives through compassion, problem-solving, and light humor.

Asaf Mazar, PhD
Asaf Mazar, PhD is a behavioral scientist studying how people form desirable habits and break undesirable ones. His work fuses academic research and applied experience to understand how to spark behavior change in real-world settings. He enjoys playing piano and spending time with his wife and an assortment of adorable furry creatures.
