Wonderful

This notebook is such a wonderful tool to clear your mind and help you step away from feeling overwhelmed. It's simple, understated, and beautiful, but full of useful information and tools. I love that I can always reference the different tools and use my own written experiences as templates for other moments. Thank you to team Therapy Notebooks!

Therapeutic (obviously)

I have the anti-anxiety and the insomnia notebooks, and I’ve started using the former. I really appreciate the prompts and the sections of information and the realizations. There are scattered snap shots of logic that help to fight off the itch of anxiety. Like, essentially, your anxiety is lying to you. Aesthetically, these are pretty things to have around. The paper quality is nice and the anxiety notebook is hard cover with a little ribbon bookmark. A lot of thought went into creating these little beauties, and I’m very glad to have them.

Compliments my Talk Therapy

I have had anxiety and depression since I was 17, I am 48 now. The Depression handbook and anxiety notebook have helped me practice and remember what I have learned over the years and is a better guide than my old blank composition journals. Thank you l look forward to seeing more products. I hope you make large print versions that I can gift to my elderly parents.
