Shipping & Returns

Please expect an additional delay of 1-2 business days as our small team ramps up all of our operations in the new year. We expect all our lead times to resume as normal from mid-January onwards.

What are your shipping speeds? 

United States

Our shipping rates vary based on the size of your order. To see rated for the speeds below, enter your address at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 3 Business Days
Express Shipping: 2 Business Days

Carriers — Our standard shipments are shipped with a combination of UPS & USPS and our expedited and express shipments are shipped with FedEx.

International

For international shipments, all rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. We ship via FedEx International Connect Plus and the transit days vary - it would be best to refer to the dynamically generated number at checkout!

Duties and VAT — all duties and taxes are calculated and collected upfront–at checkout. That way you won’t have to pay duties and taxes when the notebook arrives in your home country.

Unfortunately, our international shipping costs are fairly expensive right now. We are actively working on lowering these costs and we plan to have more affordable international shipping options available in the coming months. 

When will my order ship out?

All orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. There are exceptions during peak periods, or when there is extreme weather. We update the banner at the top of our site when these exceptional circumstances occur.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re ever unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know, and we'll do what we can do to make it right. We want you to be happy with your order — please reach out to hello@therapynotebooks.com if you have any issues and we'll do our absolute best to make sure you're happy.

What is your return policy?

Purchases made online can be returned, within 30-days of receipt, unused and in their original state. For all online returns, please email hello@therapynotebooks.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you instructions on how to complete the return. Upon confirming the return, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Arkansas are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order arrived broken or damaged?

Please email hello@therapynotebooks.com and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage.

Where is my package?

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received the email (even in your “promotions” or “spam” folders), please email hello@therapynotebooks.com and we can help troubleshoot.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes.
