Wonderful
This notebook is such a wonderful tool to clear your mind and help you step away from feeling overwhelmed. It's simple, understated, and beautiful, but full of useful information and tools. I love that I can always reference the different tools and use my own written experiences as templates for other moments. Thank you to team Therapy Notebooks!
Great guide
I haven’t used all the tools yet, but the Depression Guidebook has been helping me understand my depression from a different perspective and the exercises are reframing how I think about treating it. Instead of seeing it as a barrier that I have to wait to get better before I can go on with my life, this book is making me realize that I don’t have to wait, but can continue living in spite of it.
Good depression companion to other treatment
