I have loved all of the products I have purchased. I use The Therapy Journal throughout the week, prior to my appointment, and after my appointment. I find it so helpful in collecting my thoughts and tracking my progress. I also use The Anti-Anxiety Notebook throughout the week. This CBT model has helped me identify the cognitive distortions that I use the most and helps me to reframe them. My first purchase was The Depression Guidebook, which helped me through a very dark time in my life and I go back and use it when I feel the need to. I have yet to dive in depth into The Sleep and CBT-I Workbook and The Trauma and Written Exposure Workbook but from what I have read and used these are also extremely helpful and full of information. I highly recommend these books. Alone, they are wonderful resources and with therapy they are even more so.
The therapy journal has been especially helpful for getting me in the right headspace prior to my sessions. I really like the prompts, as I have a tendency to be a bit spacey just before starting.
